Begin Changing Your Unhealthy Habits

You want to live a healthier life by being in control of your unhealthy habits. But your inner critic is convincing you that can’t change those habits. Question #1: Can you trust me? Do I really have your best interest in mind or am I just here to make a sale?
Yes, you can absolutely trust me 100%, you can learn more about me and my background on my About Page. I’m a human just like you, and as result you and I probably have similarities and certainly some difference. I am a husband, a father, a dog owner (yellow Labrador), a pharmacist, a brother, a cousin, a nephew and an entrepreneur.
Like you, I am not immune from the problems and challenges of daily life as a result of playing all those roles I mentioned above. Like you, I’ve gone through periods in my life where I didn’t eat healthy and exercise constantly for months and years.
You see, I believe that all of us (yes, that includes you and me) want to live healthier lives but there is a Problem. Your inner critic convinces you otherwise, because of this, you have a hard time changing your unhealthy habits (i.e. smoking, drinking excessively, not exercising, not eating healthy, not sleeping well, etc.). All of this makes you feel powerless because it prevents you from becoming the CEO of your billion dollar body.
Question #2: What is this, what’s in it for you, and can I prove it?
What is this? Health coaching is your path to better health, I don’t want to bore you with all the statistics and data about the chronic disease epidemic we have in the U.S. and in the rest of the world. In addition, it is clear that we are becoming increasingly more virtually connected, we have an abundance of food and other luxuries of western civilization. Yet, we are more lonely, more isolated, more unhealthy and more unfulfilled than ever before. Even worse, we don’t know how to undo all of the negative consequence of western civilization. Through health coaching, I will help you come up with your solutions to your own problems. This is not about me telling you what to do and how to do it. MY solution will not solve YOUR problem.
What’s in it for you? Better health, more clarity about how your unhealthy habits work and how you can equip yourself with the tools to change those habits.
Can I prove it? Yes, we will work together to help you set, track and achieve your health goals. You will begin to see improvements in all areas of your health. You will see improvements and it will NOT be overnight, I don’t believe in that, so if that is what you believe in and if that’s what you are looking for then we might not be a good fit for each other. I believe in the principle of CANI! a term that was coined by Tony Robbins. CANI! is Constant and Never ending Improvement. I believe in making and taking small actions everyday because compounded over time that is what will get you the habit change you desire.
Question #3: Will it really give you what you want and need?
Yes and I say that because as I’ve said earlier most of us want to live healthier lives in working together to change your unhealthy habits, you will gain:

Question #4: Do you really need it now?
Yes, if not now then when? Most of us have been conditioned to settle for less than what we can be. “How tall will a tree grow”? Asks Jim Rohn, “as tall as it can, humans are the only life form that will do less than they possibly can”
Failure is a result of NOT making things (health) as important as important as they REALLY should be.
